A Ficlet ...

I posted a small story at buckleup_meme called Not On My Watch. I hope that link works. This whole fic-in-the comment thing is boggling, format-wise!

Anyway, not Switch-compliant, unlike the story I'm slogging away at, and is based on the prompt "SpockPrime tries to tell Bones he has to break up with Jim because Spock and Kirk are soulmates (which is just no. I love Zack but no.). Bones tells him to fuck off. Bones and Jim live happily ever after."

Maybe having accomplished this smaller story will inspire me to break through the blockage on my Jim-POV story. I'm crossing my fingers!

Thanks! I've been unbelievably busy, but I'm still writing. Would it make it better or worse to hear that I've got twenty pages (and ten of them are pretty good) in the next story?
